These Terms govern your use of the GreenEvents platform. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secret, for the accuracy of information you submit, and for the conduct of any user acting under your account.

3. Certification process

GreenEvents provides a structured framework, evaluation tools, and an independent certification process for the sustainability of business-tourism events.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the platform to upload unlawful content, to infringe third-party rights, to interfere with the service's operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to other accounts.

5. Liability

The platform is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months before the claim.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. Material changes are communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect.
